WARRANTY AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
Treat your bkr like you would your cell phone and you’ll be surprised how well it holds up. However, if it does break within the first 90 days of purchase, email help@mybkr.com: 1) a photo of your broken bkr, 2) the original receipt from mybkr.com, and 3) details regarding how it broke. If you’re able to safely save your sleeve and any part that survived, we'll replace the part that broke.
Limited to one bkr per customer. Alternation, misuse or abuse void this policy. If it has been more than 90 days since you bought your bkr or it is not your first bkr, please visit the accessories page of our shop where you can buy extra caps and glass. Please note that this policy does not apply to the 500 Collection caps which are only replaceable if defective on arrival or otherwise have a manufacturing defect.
