Silicone Straws
Our custom 650mL Soft Silicone Straws (Set of Three) have been designed especially for your 650mL bkr bottles and fit into our Big/Demi Straw Cap. To use, just screw the Straw Cap onto the bottle, then insert the straw through the clear silicone valve. The straws come in a package of three and are available in 250mL, 500mL, 650mL, and 1L, just the right size for each bkr. They aren’t too narrow or too wide, they’re angled for easy sipping, and like everything we make they’re super cute and dishwasher safe.

Replacement Policy
We thoughtfully design and expertly engineer all bkr products. The bkr bottle is break-resistant with a protective sleeve and cap designed to protect the glass. The cup is more delicate but the double wall borosilicate provides insulation and an elevated sensory experience for both hot and cold beverages.
We know you will treat your bkrs with care, but sometimes things happen. If your bkr bottle or cup breaks within the first 30 days of purchase email help@mybkr.com: 1) a photo of your broken bkr, 2) the original receipt from mybkr.com, and 3) details regarding how it broke. Please safely save your sleeve and any part that survived, we'll replace the part that broke. Limited to one bkr per customer. Alteration, misuse or abuse voids this policy. If it has been more than 30 days since you bought your bkr or it is not your first bkr, please visit the accessories page of our shop where you can buy extra glass, caps, straws, and sleeves. Normal wear and tear are not covered. Applies exclusively to products purchased on mybkr.com. We do not offer monetary reimbursement.
Manufacturer Warranty
We stand behind all of our products and provide a 90-day limited manufacturer warranty for defective parts, not including accidental damage and normal wear and tear. Alteration, misuse or abuse voids this policy. We do not offer monetary reimbursement.
Shipping Cutoff Times
Shipping times are displayed in business days, and do not include weekends or holidays unless otherwise noted. While we make every effort to get orders out as quickly as possible, these times are our best guidance, we cannot guarantee delivery times for reasons beyond our control.
United States orders submitted before 12PM PST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12PM PST will typically be shipped on the next business day.
International orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days.

How do I track my order?
After you place your order, you'll immediately receive a confirmation email. We'll send you another email when your order ships that includes a tracking number, so you can keep track of just how soon your bkr will arrive.

Why was Shipping Protection added to my order?
Shipping Protection protects your bkr shipment worldwide against loss, damage, and theft so you can sleep well knowing you’re covered even if Danny Ocean intercepts your package and is lounging with your bkr at the Bellagio pool. If you deselect shipping protection offered at checkout, bkr is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Please don’t deselect. Theft and loss are on the rise and it’s out of our control.

The Fall in Love Promise
Sip from your bkr. Sleep in the balm. If you aren’t in love with your bkr products for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we’ll take them back–no questions asked. Returns are just $5 for U.S. orders in the contiguous 48 states and if you take store credit, we’ll waive the $5. See below for all details.
PLEASE NOTE: Misuse or abuse allows us the right to void this policy. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.
For U.S. Orders in the Contiguous 48 States
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a flat $5 fee. If you elect to take store credit for an exchange, we'll waive the $5 fee. We'll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount of products minus the $5 return fee. Original shipping and shipping insurance are not refundable.
Please note once we receive your package it may take up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your account.

For International Orders and Orders in the Non-Contiguous 48 States
Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase. We are not able to provide labels for returns from outside the contiguous 48 states and international locations. Please write in to help@mybkr.com for the return address.
Holiday Returns Policy Extension
Eligible purchases made November 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024 can be returned until January 31, 2025. To make a return or exchange, please write to help@mybkr.com.
Exchanges
At this time, we are not able to provide direct exchanges. We can provide store credit for the purchase price of returned items to make a new purchase. For more information, please write to help@mybkr.com.
