You can sip hot drinks from the opening or use the soft silicone straws for iced-beverages. The straws are custom designed to fit the up perfectly: they are just the right balance of firm and soft and they have a slightly angled bottom so they never suction. This cup is splash resistant with the cap on and button in, and all parts are uncomplicated and clear so you can wash them thoroughly for zero yuck. Yes, we've thought of everything. This size is called a Little. It holds up to 355mL (12 ounces) and fits in most cupholders, and under most single serve coffee makers. Perfect to keep an iced beverage cold poolside, a tall cup of coffee, and half a bottle of wine. Little bkr bottle bottle sleeves are interchangeable with little cup sleeves.

Replacement Policy
We thoughtfully design and expertly engineer all bkr products. The bkr bottle is break-resistant with a protective sleeve and cap designed to protect the glass. The cup is more delicate but the double wall borosilicate provides insulation and an elevated sensory experience for both hot and cold beverages.
We know you will treat your bkrs with care, but sometimes things happen. If your bkr bottle or cup breaks within the first 30 days of purchase email help@mybkr.com: 1) a photo of your broken bkr, 2) the original receipt from mybkr.com, and 3) details regarding how it broke. Please safely save your sleeve and any part that survived, we'll replace the part that broke. Limited to one bkr per customer. Alteration, misuse or abuse voids this policy. If it has been more than 30 days since you bought your bkr or it is not your first bkr, please visit the accessories page of our shop where you can buy extra glass, caps, straws, and sleeves. Normal wear and tear are not covered. Applies exclusively to products purchased on mybkr.com. We do not offer monetary reimbursement.
Manufacturer Warranty
We stand behind all of our products and provide a 90-day limited manufacturer warranty for defective parts, not including accidental damage and normal wear and tear. Alteration, misuse or abuse voids this policy. We do not offer monetary reimbursement.

SHIPPING PROTECTION
Shipping Protection insures your bkr shipment worldwide against loss, damage and theft so you can sleep well knowing you’re covered even if Danny Ocean intercepts your package and is lounging with your bkr at the Bellagio pool. If you deselect shipping protection offered at checkout, bkr is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Please don’t deselect. Theft and loss are on the rise and it’s out of our control.
Shipping Protection claims greater than $100USD require a police report to substantiate the claim.

Sip from your bottle. Sleep in the balm. If you aren’t in love with your bkr products for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we’ll take them back–no questions asked. Returns are just $5 for U.S. orders in the contiguous 48 states and if you take store credit we’ll waive the $5. See below for all details.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES POLICY
FOR U.S. ORDERS IN THE CONTIGUOUS 48 STATES
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a flat $5 fee. If you elect to take store credit for an exchange, we'll waive the $5 fee. We'll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount of products minus the $5 return fee. Original shipping and shipping insurance are not refundable.
Please note once we receive your package it may take up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your account.
