WARRANTY AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
Treat your bkr like you would your cell phone and you’ll be surprised how well it holds up. However, if it does break within the first 90 days of purchase, email help@mybkr.com: 1) a photo of your broken bkr, 2) the original receipt from mybkr.com, and 3) details regarding how it broke. If you’re able to safely save your sleeve and any part that survived, we'll replace the part that broke.
Limited to one bkr per customer. Alternation, misuse or abuse void this policy. If it has been more than 90 days since you bought your bkr or it is not your first bkr, please visit the accessories page of our shop where you can buy extra caps and glass. Please note that this policy does not apply to the 500 Collection caps which are only replaceable if defective on arrival or otherwise have a manufacturing defect.

- United States orders submitted before 12PM PST on a business day are typically processed the same day.
- International orders are typically processed and shipped the next business day.
- Orders placed after 12PM PST will be shipped on the next business day.

After you place your order, you'll immediately receive a confirmation email. We'll send you another email when your order ships that includes a tracking number, so you can keep track of just how soon your bkr will arrive.

International shipping charges reflect the shipping cost and include country specific taxes and duties (Delivered Duty Paid -DDP). As these country specific duties and taxes are pre-paid, no additional payments are required at the time of delivery.

SHIPPING PROTECTION
Shipping Protection insures your bkr shipment worldwide against loss, damage and theft so you can sleep well knowing you’re covered even if Danny Ocean intercepts your package and is lounging with your bkr at the Bellagio pool. If you deselect shipping protection offered at checkout, bkr is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Please don’t deselect. Theft and loss are on the rise and it’s out of our control.
Shipping Protection claims greater than $100USD require a police report to substantiate the claim.

Sip from your bottle. Sleep in the balm. If you aren’t in love with your bkr products for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we’ll take them back–no questions asked. Returns are just $5 for U.S. orders in the contiguous 48 states and if you take store credit we’ll waive the $5. See below for all details.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES POLICY
FOR U.S. ORDERS IN THE CONTIGUOUS 48 STATES
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a flat $5 fee. If you elect to take store credit for an exchange, we'll waive the $5 fee. We'll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount of products minus the $5 return fee. Original shipping and shipping insurance are not refundable.
Please note once we receive your package it may take up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your account.
