Replacement Policy
We thoughtfully design and expertly engineer all bkr products. The bkr bottle is break-resistant with a protective sleeve and cap designed to protect the glass. The cup is more delicate but the double wall borosilicate provides insulation and an elevated sensory experience for both hot and cold beverages.
We know you will treat your bkrs with care, but sometimes things happen. If your bkr bottle or cup breaks within the first 30 days of purchase email help@mybkr.com: 1) a photo of your broken bkr, 2) the original receipt from mybkr.com, and 3) details regarding how it broke. Please safely save your sleeve and any part that survived, we'll replace the part that broke. Limited to one bkr per customer. Alteration, misuse or abuse voids this policy. If it has been more than 30 days since you bought your bkr or it is not your first bkr, please visit the accessories page of our shop where you can buy extra glass, caps, straws, and sleeves. Normal wear and tear are not covered. Applies exclusively to products purchased on mybkr.com. We do not offer monetary reimbursement.
Manufacturer Warranty
We stand behind all of our products and provide a 90-day limited manufacturer warranty for defective parts, not including accidental damage and normal wear and tear. Alteration, misuse or abuse voids this policy. We do not offer monetary reimbursement.
