1 – Compact Cap 250 mL/500 mL (you need this to connect your bkr to your full size balm)
The balm itself is easily removable, so you can snap it on and off to throw your bkr in the dishwasher, toss your balm into a pocket or a bag, and buy refills when you run out.
How to use: 1) Insert compact from front to back, 2) Lift lid to swipe your Paris Water Balm from your compact container, 3) Remove compact from cap back to front.
Replacement Policy
We thoughtfully design and expertly engineer all bkr products. The bkr bottle is break-resistant with a protective sleeve and cap designed to protect the glass. The cup is more delicate but the double wall borosilicate provides insulation and an elevated sensory experience for both hot and cold beverages.
We know you will treat your bkrs with care, but sometimes things happen. If your bkr bottle or cup breaks within the first 30 days of purchase Contact Us please include 1) a photo of your broken bkr, 2) the original receipt from mybkr.com, and 3) details regarding how it broke. Please safely save your sleeve and any part that survived, we'll replace the part that broke. Limited to one bkr per customer. Alteration, misuse or abuse voids this policy. If it has been more than 30 days since you bought your bkr or it is not your first bkr, please visit the accessories page of our shop where you can buy extra glass, caps, straws, and sleeves. Normal wear and tear are not covered. Applies exclusively to products purchased on mybkr.com. We do not offer monetary reimbursement.
Manufacturer Warranty
We stand behind all of our products and provide a 90-day limited manufacturer warranty for defective parts, not including accidental damage and normal wear and tear. Alteration, misuse or abuse voids this policy. We do not offer monetary reimbursement.
bkr products are hand-finished, and minor cosmetic variations—such as small air bubbles, silicone “flash,” or subtle marks visible only under bright light—may occur. These variations do not affect performance or durability and are not considered defects under this warranty.
Discontinued Products Policy
Discontinued bkr products are not covered by our 30-day breakage replacement policy.
Shipping Cutoff Times
Our Warehouse will be closed January 6th - January 8th for inventory orders during this time will start shipping Friday January 9th.

United States orders submitted before 12PM PST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12PM PST will typically be shipped on the next business day.
International orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Free shipping is offered in the contiguous US on orders of $75+ unless otherwise noted.
How do I track my order?
After you place your order, you'll immediately receive a confirmation email. We'll send you another email when your order ships that includes a tracking number, so you can keep track of just how soon your bkr will arrive.

Why was Shipping Protection added to my order?
Shipping Protection protects your bkr shipment worldwide against loss, damage, and theft so you can sleep well knowing you’re covered even if Danny Ocean intercepts your package and is lounging with your bkr at the Bellagio pool. If you deselect shipping protection offered at checkout, bkr is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Please don’t deselect. Theft and loss are on the rise and it’s out of our control.
Hassle-Free Return Policy
The Fall in Love Promise
Sip from your bkr. Sleep in the balm. If you aren’t in love with your bkr products for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we’ll take them back. Returns are just $5 for U.S. orders in the contiguous 48 states, and if you choose store credit, we’ll waive the $5 entirely. Original Shipping and Shipping insurance are not refundable.
To keep things fair, sustainable, and ensure we can continue offering an exceptional experience to all customers, we do place a limit on total return value. Customers may return up to $300 worth of products per calendar year. Once this limit is reached, we may be unable to process additional returns.
PLEASE NOTE: Misuse or abuse allows us the right to void this policy. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.
For U.S. Orders in the Contiguous 48 States
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a flat $5 fee. If you elect to take store credit for an exchange, we'll waive the $5 fee. We'll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount of products minus the $5 return fee. Original shipping and shipping insurance are not refundable.
Please note once we receive your package it may take up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your account.

Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase. We are not able to provide labels for returns from outside the contiguous 48 states and international locations. Please Contact Us for the return address.

Can I Return/Exchange a Gift?
If you would like to return a gift that was purchased at www.mybkr.com and shipped directly to you, we can provide a gift credit for the value of your returned items. Please Contact Us.
Gift With Purchase (GWP)Sometimes love comes with a little extra. If your order included a free Gift With Purchase, and you decide to return all or part of the qualifying items, the gift must also be returned if the remaining order no longer meets the GWP requirements. If the gift isn’t returned, its retail value may be deducted from your refund.
